Registration Form

The registration via web is strongly recommended. Nevertheless, the traditional method of registering by faxing the registration form, as used in the previous editions, is maintained too.

Payment must accompany the registration form. Only payments in Euros are accepted.
The registration fee can be paid:
  1. by credit card. The accepted credit cards are VISA and EUROCARD/MASTERCARD
  2. by bank transfer. Please note that the bank transfer has to be free of charge for the receiver and quote the full name of the participant

Regular fee includes:
  • Conference material
  • CD-ROM Proceedings
  • Coffee Breaks during the Symposium
  • Welcome reception at San Giovanni in Monte (see the map)
  • Gala Dinner at Villa Bassi (see Villa Bassi web site)

Student registration fee does not include the welcome reception and the Gala Dinner.

The student status must be certified by a letter from his/her tutor or by a copy of the student card to be faxed to the NOLTA 2006 secretariat (+39 051 652 73 58) or shown at the registration desk of the Symposium.

Accompanying person registration fee includes the welcome reception, the banquet and a guided walking tour of Bologna.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
Cancellations can only be accepted if a written notice is sent by e-mail to the NOLTA 2006 Secretariat (nolta2006@arces.unibo.it) Attn: Mrs. Maria Teresa Tibaldi, before July 17, 2006. A 20% charge will be withheld in order to cover administration and banking costs. After July 17, 2006 no refund is possible but a CD-ROM Proceedings will be delivered to the address of the cancelled participant. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
